Tarot is a fun and beautiful tool that calls on us to pause the chattering, human need to explain and be right through quiet consideration of visual possibility. The Waite-Smith deck, which I largely work with, holds age old symbols and archetypes, along with 4 suites corresponding to the elements and domains, that invite us to consider the people, beliefs and stories that guide our actions and decisions. The flow and range of these images help us look at the truth of what is, so we can expand our understanding of what is possible.
In my practice I often blend a reading with Reiki to release old mindsets and integrate new found truths. I also pair with Yoga Therapy to create practices that support us towards an authentic and thriving self.
