Slow Flow
Tuesdays at 8pm
This all-levels, yin-flow class combines calming breath and low-impact flow with longer held poses and deep stretching. We’ll spend the last 15-20 minutes in Yoga Nidra for total relaxation.
What is Yoga Nidra?

There is an aspect to ourselves that is always peaceful and at ease that spans all layers of being: body, energy, mind, heart, consciousness. When we plant the seed of intention or sankalpa (heart felt desire) while connected to this peaceful feature of being, our brain begins to read it as the new normal. Relaxation, calm, focus, acceptance… whatever your intention or resolution, it can begin to take shape through this type of guided meditation.
